The modern kitchen comes with brand new appliances providing everything you need during your stay. The stylish dining area seats 6 guests and the beautiful living space provides 2 reclining sofas and 2 statement chairs, seating 7 altogether, looking out to Ayia Napa towards the glistening coastline. The property also has the added benefit of a downstairs WC.



There are 3 bedrooms accommodating 6 guests - one double and 2 twin rooms, with the master bedroom boasting not only an ensuite bathroom, but high glass windows providing stunning views from the comfort of your bed. There is also a modern family bathroom for the twin rooms to share plus a large whirlpool bath in the en-suite, situated in a way to offer amazing views of the local area – a unique way to enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sun set!



The villa is situated on a new, quiet complex that can only be described as luxury, and has been decorated to a high standard with a chic, minimalist finish throughout. The outdoor space is a fantastic way to enjoy the Cyprus sunshine with high walls offering privacy from nearby villas.
