✔ The person who makes the reservation must be present at check-in and stay for the full duration
✔ Must sign a rental agreement upon booking
✔ A $400 refundable security deposit is required; deposit is forfeited if any house rule is broken
✔ Damaged or stolen property will be reported to the appropriate authorities

👥 OCCUPANCY
✔ Maximum 10 guests at all times — no exceptions
✔ No day guests or visitors; only registered guests may be on the property
✔ Accurate guest count is required at the time of booking; an additional $250 per unregistered person per night will be charged

🐾 PET POLICY — NO PETS ALLOWED
We are sorry, but Trailside Country Haven is not able to accommodate pets at this time.
✔ No animals of any kind are permitted on the property
✔ We appreciate your understanding and kindly ask that you make alternative arrangements for your furry family members
✔ Please note: A $500 unauthorized pet fee will be charged if evidence of any pet is found on the property. This covers the additional deep cleaning and treatment required to restore the home for future guests

✔ Check-in: After 4:00 PM · Early arrivals are subject to availability and may incur a fee
✔ Check-out: Before 10:00 AM · Late check-out will result in an additional night being charged
