Upon entering the main gate, you'll be welcomed by a large paved area and a stunning panoramic terrace furnished with large tables for outdoor dining and comfortable seating for lounging. A picturesque stone staircase leads to the main garden, shaded by centuries-old trees, where the pool is located—perfect for relaxing on warm summer days.

As you step into the villa, you'll find a refined hall with a fireplace, cozy sofas, a piano, and a bar area—forming the elegant heart of the home. Adjacent to this is a quiet and private study equipped with a desk, bookshelves, and Ethernet connection—ideal for those who wish to work remotely in peace.

On the same floor, a hallway leads to two guest bathrooms (WC and sink), followed by a convenient pantry-laundry area equipped with a French-door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, microwave, washing machine, dryer, a second 410L fridge, and a spacious pantry cabinet for food and supplies.

The large kitchen, finished with Carrara marble countertops, is fully equipped for cooking enthusiasts: a six-burner induction stove, teppanyaki griddle, 90 cm oven, double dishwasher (each for 14 place settings), cupboards, food pantry cabinet, and a large marble-top table with eight chairs. A wide French door opens directly onto the entrance terrace, allowing for seamless indoor-outdoor living.
