Lovely California Home 10 minutes to Burnham Park

This spacious townhouse is inside Marcon Suites (a quiet exclusive gated compound). It is 10-15 minutes from Burnham Park, SM, Camp John Hay, and Session Road. It has beds for 20 or more adults and is guarded at night.

We also own the L.A. Townhouse ($150/night and is in the same compound), and English Cottage ($400 a night, near BCC and CJH).

The rent does not include breakfast. Please bring 3 cars only. Extra cars must pay 500 a night. Dining can accommodate 10-12 persons at a time.
The space
Please be informed that the Local Government of Baguio requires all visitors to register online with Visita.Baguio.

The city will continue to strictly implement safety medical protocols such as, but not limited to, physical/social distancing and wearing of face masks and face shields.

We normally allow 15 pax only. However, if requested, we allow up to 21 guests. Dining can accommodate 10-12 persons at a time.

Our neighbors are a couple of senior citizens. Please be considerate of them when you sing, laugh or play parlor games, especially after 9 p.m.

We also own the Family Cottage under the Pine Trees (10 minutes to Mansion House) and the Bright and Lovely Townhouse (very near the Mansion House. $80 a night, 10 pax).

This large townhouse is 600 meters from Kennon Road. The minimum stay during weekends is 2 nights.

The wifi is free and is normally good. However, speed is dependent on the number of users in the townhouse. Also, when there are many tourists in the city, the service of PLDT and Globe can be spotty at times. If weak, please ask Michelle for the portable wifi router.

We replace towels and beddings for every new guest and every 4 days for long-staying guests.

Try to pass Kennon Road whenever it is open to tourists. You will get to our townhouse sooner.

There is a village market about 5 minutes away. The Holy Family Church is 5 minutes away. There are a number of eateries along Kennon Road and near the SLU Bakakeng campus.

There are 4 bedrooms for 16 guests and one utility room for 4 drivers, maids, or teenagers. The kitchen and the dining room are located near the upper entrance. The living room has a view of a small forest at a distance.
Guest access
Guests have access to all sections of the townhouse. Children are discouraged from playing in the inner courtyard because this is the driveway of the other unit owners. Scout Hill in Camp John Hay or Burnham Park are nearby and are highly recommended for children.

You will have access to the whole townhouse. Not even the caretaker stays in the townhouse. We regret the rent does not include breakfast. We're almost always booked full during the season, so we request that check-out time is kept strictly, as we need the four-hour window to clean and change linens, etc... Call or text me if you want an early check-in or a late check-out.

We are sorry we do not allow pets. In special cases when we allow pets, we impose the following rules.
If your pet weighs less than 20 pounds, we charge 200 pesos a night. If more than 20 pounds, 300 pesos a night. We will allow your pet under these conditions.
1. you agree to pay for the damage caused by your pet.
2. your pet will stay only on the ground floor (utility room, seniors bedroom, and garage) and 2nd floor (living room and dining room). Your pet is not allowed in the bedrooms on the 3rd floor and attic.
3. you will clean the manure of your pet. The manure and the cleaning materials used are to be placed inside a plastic bag. The said bag should be placed at the garage and Michelle should be informed accordingly. It should not be mixed with the garbage

We know of drivers (with vans for rent). We will give you their numbers after you book. You can negotiate with them directly.
