Hermosa Resort is an exclusive high-end escape nestled in the jungle above the famous Playa Hermosa and easily accessible from the Pacific Coast Highway by driving just three or four minutes on perfectly paved Calle San Josecito. The space
This amazing villa has a generous master bedroom with a king-size bed and ensuite bath, two guest bedrooms, each with Queen bed, and an additional guest bedroom with three oversize bunk beds (total of six! beds in this large room).

The indoor living area is large and comfortable and designed for Costa Rica’s indoor/outdoor lifestyle as it opens to a large outdoor terrace with sofa, chairs, dining table, hammocks and lounge chairs on which to relax and lose yourself in this perfect tropical paradise. The tranquil and visually compelling environment is perfect for yoga, meditation, and immersion in the natural beauty of the jungle and ocean space. You can further enhance your experience by refreshing in the large infinity pool that holds you suspended while overlooking the villa’s amazing views.

The villa is equipped with all the amenities and furnishings you’d expect including fully equipped kitchen, dining table and chairs, bar stools, laundry room with washer and dryer, outdoor gas grill, and high-speed fiber internet (up to 100 Mbps).

Situated literally across the street from never to be developed jungle preserve, the villa’s back yard has a variety of tropical trees to attract beautiful birds seen often from the patio and pool area. Banana and lime trees and a lush garden attract hummingbirds, toucans, parrots, and many other beautiful local birds. And there are the occasional monkeys to be seen.

The view is almost indescribable. As the villa is situated at 970 feet above the ocean, and with the house located such that its overlook is wholly unobstructed, you will see the Pacific Ocean at its pristine best--from watching sailboats drift by, to seeing the tide rising and falling to reveal the incredible Whale's Tale, to seeing magnificent and colorful sunsets every evening.

The villa is located just 10 minutes south of the famed beach and surfing town of Domenical and just 5 minutes north of the town of Uvita which offers banking, casual and fine dining, shopping, pharmacies, car rental, supermarkets, and numerous area activities. It is 30 minutes south of the Quepos airport and 40 minutes from the renowned Manuel Antonio beach and National Park. There are plentiful beautiful beaches, surfing areas, rivers, magnificent waterfalls, and virgin tropical rainforest jungle, horseback riding, sail and power boating opportunities, shopping, and restaurants within very short driving distances. The closest beach is Playa Hermosa, just a 4-minute drive from the villa.

All of our Hermosa Resort villas come with a concierge service to help with your travel and rental car arrangements, activities information and reservations, and special services such as booking in-villa private chef-prepared and served dinners, massages, and the like.

Upon arrival, your personal property manager will greet you at the villa, hand you the keys to your paradise, and show you where everything is in the villa and casita. Any needs you may have will be provided for at that time. Additionally, your personal property manager will drop by at an agreed-upon convenient time following your first night’s stay to ensure that everything in the villa is meeting and exceeding your expectations. Upon departure, your property manager will check you out of the villa, collect the keys, and ensure you’re on your way home or to your next destination.
