I am writing to formally report the unacceptable behavior I experienced from your front desk receptionist, Maria, during my recent check-in. From the moment I arrived, she was uncooperative, unprofessional, and repeatedly spoke to me with an inappropriate attitude, as if she were the owner of the hotel.
My room had a strong smell of URINE and smoke and the flooring was in a bad conditions,when I asked to be relocated she refuse with arrogance.
