From the hallway, step into the rustic farmhouse style kitchen/diner – boasting an AGA, a large country style dining table and bi-fold doors that open onto the garden. After dinner, retire to the cosy lounge and relax on the sumptuous sofas in front of the crackling wood burner. Catch up on your favourite boxset on the Smart TV or indulge in a good book and a glass of wine. A well-appointed shower room completes the first floor. Upstairs, you’ll find a family bathroom and four welcoming bedrooms comprised of a king-size with en-suite shower room, a second king-size, an enchanting twin room and a children’s bunk room (with restricted headroom on the top bunk). Outdoors, savour al fresco dining on the decked area or enjoy a spot of stargazing. Other amenities include a charcoal pizza oven and a fire pit plus access to mountain trails and views over Bala Lake. There is private parking for three cars.

Go rafting at the National White Water Centre, 3 miles away, or pump up the adrenalin and go underworld at the Zip World Slate Caverns in Blaenau Ffestiniog, 15 miles away. Savour peaceful lakeside strolls around Lake Bala, 2.5 miles away, or step aboard the vintage steam train 4 miles away in Llanuwchllyn and enjoy scenic views of Bala Lake and the surrounding Eryri National Park.

- The farm track is steep and bumpy but perfectly passable for regular family hatchbacks and estates as well as SUVs, even in the rain (may even experience a couple of wheel spins in the rain)

- Extensive grounds with sundeck, garden furniture, fire pit and charcoal pizza oven, plus access to mountain trails and views over Bala lake

- Please ensure dogs are kept on the leash as surrounded by working farms

- Private parking for 3 cars

- Shop 2.5 miles, pub 1 mile
