Villa 36 ist eine einzigartige Villa mit Meerblick auf der Küste von North Carolina! Dieser Rückzug ist der perfekte Ort, um sich eine Woche Zeit zu nehmen und von hier aus das Hochgeschwindigkeits-Internet zu nutzen oder die Verbindung vollständig zu trennen und sich auf die Bräunung zu konzentrieren.

Nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt, bietet diese wunderschöne Villa drei Schlafzimmer und drei Badezimmer, darunter zwei Master-Suiten auf der obersten Etage und ein Loft, die jeweils mit einem eigenen Flachbild-TV ausgestattet sind. Die Hauptebene ist offen und luftig und verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, einen gem������tlichen Essbereich und ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit herrlichem Meerblick. Es gibt drei Außenbereiche, darunter eine schattige Veranda und eine intime Terrasse, auf der Sie ein kaltes Getränk genießen können, während Sie den Sonnenuntergang über dem Meer beobachten.

Die Villa verfügt au�������������������������������������������������������������������erdem über zwei Golfwagen - vier und sechs Personen.

Die Insel selbst verf�������������������������gt über 10.000 Hektar geschützter Lebensräume, darunter Marschland und einen uralten Seewald. Es ist auch die Heimat der Meeresschildkröten. Die Bald Head Island Conservancy bietet die Möglichkeit, Meeresschildkröten von Ende Juli bis Mitte Oktober auf den Weg zum Meer zu sehen. Old Baldy, der älteste Leuchtturm von North Carolina, befindet sich ebenso auf der Insel wie das Ideenhaus von Southern Living 2017. Darüber hinaus gibt es 14 Meilen lange Strände und herrliche Wege zum Laufen, Wandern, Radfahren oder Wandern

This house had everything you need to have a fabulous stay! We had a little trouble with our golf cart, but our rental group got right back with us and took care of it super fast. We couldn't ask for better customer service. We look forward to hopefully staying there again soon!

We rent multiple times a year for over 20 years and Wendy Wilmot provides the best service!! They provide very thoughtful touches and great information about what is happening on the island at the time of visit. This is our first time in one of the villas and loved it. This rental was extremely clean and newly updated, plus the location can't be beat.

Perfect stay

My teen daughter and I came to BHI for Spring Break. The villa was perfect for us- very clean, well-appointed. It is beautifully decorated and we appreciated all the extras that made our beach days simple. We used the bikes and beach chairs and both were in working order. We initially had difficulty connecting to the internet but were able to get it resolved quickly.

Prefect location and Fabulous views

What a wonderful villa. As you enter the doors the views are breathtaking ✨️. The freshwater that surrounds and the vast ocean are so relaxing from the kitchen and living room. The special touches of the towel and mugs was so thoughtful as well. Home is stocked with kitchen essentials, games. Blankets, towels, and more. Wonderful overall layout and very clean. The golf carts are wonderful and much nicer and newer than other rentals we've stayed. A few things to note: the large king bed has a very hard mattress for those that prefer soft and you will notice some uneven flooring and settlement around the home. Front door is tricky and we never got it to lock but no complaints here. Will definitely stay again!!

Excellent location and space was great for our needs. It was clean. The master bedroom bed was very uncomfortable and the sheets were scratchy and hot. We slept most of the week on the couch or sharing a bed with one of our girls. The kitchen mat and door mat were quite dirty and the den blankets were stiff and scratchy. Overall, great spot and perfect location for our first stay.
