The large upstairs deck boasts views across the ocean and overlooks the garden. The deck that overlooks the street scape looks up to the green hillside and the horses grazing on the ridge.

The downstairs deck looks out to the lush garden and towards the outdoor entertaining area with a large Pergola, including a hand crafted table and BBQ.

This property has two kitchens, one on each level, which makes it ideal for entertaining. The upstairs air conditioned living and dining areas have a Smart tv and open up to the upper level decks.

On the ground floor, there is one king bed that can be split into king singles at request. This bedroom is spacious and has an ensuite, Smart tv, air- conditioning, ceiling fan, block out blinds and a fold out sofa, for extra guests. The bathroom also has handrails, which makes it suitable for elderly family members.

Beach Views is just seconds to the beach and a short walk to Lennox village, where you'll find numerous cafes, restaurants and boutiques. The renowned Lennox Headland is just a 15 minute walk from your front door and you'll be lulled to sleep every night by the sound of the ocean.

Upstairs there are three queen bedrooms, all with their own ocean views. There is also a bathroom, with a separate toilet and all the bedrooms have ceiling fans and block out blinds.
