The unit is equipped with device that shows how many people are in the property, Absolutely no extra guest allowed to enter, this will result me to come in and evict everybody from my property as well as get police involved.
B.) security deposit will be pending no damages, broken rules or missing items reported by the host on post inspection.
C.) Any pets must be disclosed to us prior to the checkin.
D.) No smoking- in the accordance with the city by Toronto By-Law, Smoking is NOT permitted within the suite or terrace.
E.) That there will be no activity in the suit or the building contrary to the By-Law of the municipality, or or provincial or federal laws.
F.) The guest shall ensure to observe and comply with all Rules applicable and force with respect to use of the space and facilities, and shall totally responsible and liable for their actions.
G.) The Host, shall not be liable for, guest any injury, loss or damage sustained on or about premises.
H.) The guest will be liable for any damages to or theft from the unit, and all the furniture, equipment, linen, etc, without limitations and such a charges will be reflected on deposit.
I.) THERE ARE NO PARTIES, SOCIAL GATHERINGS ALLOWED. Property is equipped with cameras as well as party squasher. Any unregistered guest entering premises will result us contacting police to vacate property as well as losing deposit.
J.) Noise level should be kept to minimum after 11:00PM, (20-25 volume level on TV or any sound) NO PERSONAL SOUND SYSTEMS ALLOWED
K.) IF you get one noise complaint you will lose your deposit fully.
L.) Throwing anything out of windows or terrace is a crime if you convict will lose your deposit and get sued.
M.) Unreasonable cleaning will reflect on deposit. (Used dishes has to be washed and put away, the floors has to be reasonably cleaned and garbage has to be thrown in the garbage DUMPSTER CLOSE BY, host will send directions. IF GUESTS FAIL TO TAKE THEIR GARBAGE THEY WILL BE CHARGE OF $550.00
N.) There are no shoes allowed in the unit.
