Hilltop Guesthouse w/Screen Porch & Views!

Wake up to the beauty of the hilltop at Bella Green B&B! Perfectly situated beneath an oak tree canopy and with magical views of the Texas Hill Country, fresh air and dark, dark skies --- you will love it here and the Guesthouse has a WONDERFUL screened porch as well as a private firepit area and use of the host's propane grill should you want that. The Bella Green B&B guesthouse is a great spot to destress and renew!

The space
This custom-designed space has an artfully inspired bedroom with queen-size bed, luxury sheets, handmade Madrona scarf holder, and stained glass window (made by the host). It has has independently adjustable thermostat, ceiling fan, and if you like a breeze, you can open the door, and pour it in from the large screen porch.

The private bathroom has an antique sink, dual-flush toilet, and walk-in shower (towels and amenities provided).

The sitting room is Sedona-inspired with lots of color, a comfortable love seat, and a small dining table. Here you'll find your coffee pot, plates, silverware, and mini-fridge, along with coffee/tea/sugar/creamer. Sorry NO true kitchen, but there is a microwave and mini-fridge for you use.

Out on the screen porch (a favorite place to hang out), guests have a loveseat that faces the view, along with a breakfast bar, and desk/dining area(and free broadband wifi) that faces the majestic hills! Also here are your glasses, silverware, kindling for the fire, and lighter.

Stepping three steps outside and down, is your private fire pit area. Six pieces of wood per day are included. This is a great spot to enjoy the Sunset!

The host's outside dining patio (where the optional breakfast is served from 8am -10am when weather is nice) is only steps away, and is community space in the mornings only. Breakfast is an additional $20/couple per day and paid directly to the hosts with cash on the day you arrive. The rest of the time deck area area is for Guesthouse guests and you are welcome to borrow its gas grill and outdoor dining table. This too, is a wonderful spot to watch the sunset!

Guest access
There are several buildings on the property - your hosts home (they live in the main house) and three rental including the Bella Green Guesthouse - which is directly to the right of the main house and attached by a wooden deck, the Cedar Cottage - found about 450+ feet away from the Guesthouse (plenty far enough away not to normally hear one another) and a Glamping tent - found at the left of the host's home, and totally out of sight to the other rentals.

Each rental space only allows a maximum of two guests (no noisy parties! No extra guests allowed) and each has their own private outdoor areas with individual fire pits.

The "common space" is the host's deck, which is where your delicious artisan breakfast is served daily al fresco when the weather is nice unless it is too cold or raining and then we bring it to you.

Other things to note:
- FIRE PIT AREA - Your private outdoor fire pit area comes with a wooden double settee and one metal lounger plus free firewood, a long lighter and fire-starter fat wood. ALWAYS keep the top spark screen on an open fire.
- EXERCISE OPTIONS - There are plenty of hilly neighborhood streets to walk if you like. Sadly we are too steep for hiking...
- READING MATERIAL - Just outside our front gate is our "Little Free Library" box where you are invited to TAKE any book you like! Please note: the wellness library resource books are for borrowing only while on the property. You can keep any book from the library box.
~ SPA SERVICES: Massages are normally available on a limited basis and guests may choose between traditional integrative massage or an energy balancing "chi" session (fully clothed), both available with or without Tibetan bowl sound therapy. The cost is $75/hour ($5 discount with cash payment) and paid directly to your therapist. Your host, Karen, is a licensed massage therapist with over 25+ years of experience. Please let us know, at your time of reservation, if you will be wanting to add in massage, as she limits appointments to two per day.
- TINY SPACES TOUR - if any of our other cool spaces - the Glamping tent and Cedar Cottage - are not yet occupied when you arrive, or if they are empty at check-out time, we are happy to give you a tour of these unique spaces on property, let us know.
