From the endless entertainment at the house (High end golf simulator, pool table, poker table, ping pong and shuffleboard) to the four en-suite two queen bedrooms with St. Regis Hotel mattresses, large showers, relaxing indoor/outdoor spaces, this house has it all!

This is only property at Bandon touching the world renown resort designed and built specifically for golfers. The 5 private acres are so secluded, private and close to the ocean that you can hear the waves crashing while sitting on the porch at night reminiscing of how good the golf was that day.

When you arrive at the house, the main room of almost 2000 square feet contains 4 large leather chairs with ottomans, 2 leather couches, 86” HDTV, poker table (also a game table when the poker top is removed), dining room table for 8, bar top seating at the kitchen for 8 and a chef’s kitchen with everything you need.

The game room was designed with extra high ceilings for the high end golf simulator, 86” HDTV, and a pool table for late night games. Situated in the furthest part of the house from the bedrooms, it is designed to keep any late night fun noise in the game room and away from the bedrooms. There is a fantastic massage chair to relax in after playing 36. Also on the side of the house, is a butlers pantry with second huge refrigerator, nugget ice maker, golf club storage, shoe warmers, 2 huge washing machines along with 2 huge dryers.

The rear exterior porch is perfect for 365 day a year outdoor entertainment. With a fireplace and two large Bromic heaters, this space is perfect for relaxing with your buddies after a great day on the links. There is a large Kitchenaid kitchen with grill and everything you need for the perfect BBQ. The outdoor HDTV above the fireplace makes it so you will never miss a minute of the game. The table outside comes with 8 stools and slides out to become a shuffleboard table. To top it all off, the ping pong table will bring many hours of fun to your entire group. I love the entire house but this is my favorite space! The large front porch is the perfect place to bring a cocktail and enjoy the serene surroundings of giant Pacific Northwest trees with barely a sound to be heard.

The bedrooms are designed for the perfect night’s sleep in between some of the most memorable golf rounds of your life. A great night’s rest starts with the perfect mattress and we have two queen St. Regis Hotel mattresses in each of the four bedrooms. Every detail was thought out, from the sound machine to the Dyson fan, to make this stay perfect. The bathrooms contain everything you need from the large 4x6 showers, soaps, shampoo and conditioner so you don’t need to bring a thing.
