Sad device and terrible front desk
This is the worst and most unprofessional front desk and manager I have experiencedâŠI stayed in this hotel for over 5 years regularly. I noticed the front desk was generally ok but the service quality was lacking and friendliness at times was poor. Some employees were better than others. At one point I was overcharged and complained with the manager about it. Instead of handeling this professionally and making the customer feel like a valued customer, they defended their overcharge. After I did not give in they finally returned the overpaid money, plus black listed me at their hotel. They did wrong in all ways and I was treated this unprofessional ways at the end. This hotel is mostly used by guests from India and can get a little noisy. All in all I always accepted all but after this experience I have to speak about this unprofessional staff including managers. Even having an open talk with the owners assistant did not change the situation. All in some Thai people at the hotel have a hard time accepting their mistakes and being responsible. To bad!
