Klimaanlage im Zimmer mit Kingsize Bett war sehr laut und hat geklappert! Zimmer schon sehr alt und abgewohnt, sollte mal an eine Renovierung des Gebäudes gedacht werden. Zudem viele Inder im Hotel, was einem auch gefallen muss!

This hotel apartment very well kept friendly staff and very helpfull staff reception excellent customer service I have been coming to citadines 8 and 16 for many years.

Great location and wonderful staff and a safe environment very close to BTS and local food is nearby.

A pleasant stay. Easy to get to places, the free tuk tuk service was a bonus. Rooms spacious and clean. Pool was a bit small and didn’t use the gym. Staff were pleasant. Service was good. Enjoyed the stay.
