The space

- My townhouse has 2 floors with 225 Sqm.

- 1 Bed room (2 Queen Beds) on 1st Floor and 3 Bed rooms (4 King beds) on 2nd Floor with an Air conditioner, wardrobe, dressing table, mirror in each room. 3 hair dryers are also provided.

- 4 Bathrooms with showers and 1 Bathtub, sinks, toilets, liquid soap, shampoo, hair conditioner, toilet tissue and towels.

- 1 Large hall at 1st floor for living and dinning with a sofa and an armchair, a dinning set, an Air-conditioner.

- 1 Extra large 65 "Android TV In the living area with NETFLIX, HBO, cable TV, and Youtube

- 1 Western kitchen in the living hall with a SMEG electric stove, a SMEG hood, a SMEG build-in oven, a 18.4 cubic ft refrigerator, a microwave, a rice cooker, a kettle, a toaster, kitchen utensils and
a water dispensor.

- We provide free hot and cold drinking water for your entire stay through 1 Water Dispensor locating at the Western Kitchen.

- 1 kitchen with an electric stove in a separated room with a door to keep all smell and smoke inside.

- 1 Iron and 1 iron board are provided.

- 1 baby cott, 1 baby chair and 1 baby bathtub will be provided upon request.

- 1 Laundry room with 15kg washing machine and 10.5 kg Whirlpool cloth dryer.

- Floor 2: Bedroom 1 & Restroom 1, Bedroom 2 & Restroom 2, Bedroom 3 & Restroom 3.

** Early check in is always possible if there is no guest's check-out on the same day of the new guest's check-in. However, if there is guest's check-out on the same day that the new guest will check in, new guest can leave the luggages at the house during the house cleaning after previous guest's check-out.

*** We can help to reserve for a Van service for Airport pick-up/drop-off or day tour in Bangkok and nearby cities like Pattaya, Ayutthaya, Floating market, Safari World etc. Just let us know in advance.

**** The rental includes one time house cleaning and bed set change service upon check out; if you need additional service, there will be some charges, just let us know at least 3 days in advance.
