Steps away from the All Season Amenity Center with a heated indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, pool table, ping pong table, fitness area, and more, this is the perfect spot for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. The kitchen opens onto a cozy living room, setting the tone for many memorable evenings by the fire. Enjoy the fresh air from the deck, a perfect place for a cup of coffee or an evening cocktail while watching the slopes. Two comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms make this the perfect place to relax after a day on the mountain.

Access is easy-breezy - NO KEYS TO LOSE! You will have your own unique access code good for the duration of your stay. No worries about going extra places to get keys or having to make beds on your own. Simply show up for your vacation, instant access, beds made - time to RELAX!

The Neighborhood:
The condo is situated in the small vacation town of Beech Mountain, NC. Its remote location and small-town charm offer a wonderful ambiance and a place to relax and refresh. The serene setting and mesmerizing natural surroundings provide plenty of attractions and places of interest for you to visit.
Both Beech Mountain & Banner Elk offer skiing/snowboarding, snow tubing, eco-tourism, zip-lining, mountain biking, off-road ATVs, rafting, fly fishing, hiking, golf, fine dining, and shopping all at your fingertips

Getting Around:
It is highly recommended to bring a 4WD or AWD to access Beech Mountain. During winter months we highly suggest bringing snow chains to assist.

- A signed rental agreement is required prior to check-in
• A Rental Agreement is required to be signed per North Carolina Chapter 42A Vacation Rental Act.
- Wood for the fireplace is not provided; you can purchase from Fred’s general mercantile
- Cameras may be installed in areas considered public like entries and parking areas.
- 4WD/AWD vehicle or snow chains are HIGHLY recommended during winter months

• Early Check-in/Late Check-out is subject to availability with a $25/hour fee. Reach out to the host to inquire.

★ The All Season Amenity Center is closed for annual maintenance during the month of April.
