High Time Cabin - 3 bedroom home in private community near Banner Elk Winery, Boone and more!

High Time features a classic yet contemporary log home design with a cozy floor plan, a gas fireplace in the living room, and an outdoor wood-burning fireplace on the covered deck with outdoor TV. Nestled into the mountains in a private, gated neighborhood with 7 private hiking trails for residents and guests of the neighborhood. High Time is centrally located to all the High Country attractions: Hawksnest Snowtubing and Zipline, located between both Boone and Banner Elk, with Grandfather Mountain Winery just beside the neighborhood entrance!

The open floor plan with vaulted ceilings allows the entire family to spend time together whether around the fireplace, playing shuffleboard, or cooking in the kitchen. Get cozy on the deck around the wood burning fireplace and enjoy the views! On the main floor, you'll find two bedrooms and two full baths. Upstairs you will find another King bedroom with exposed beams and a private bath. Central heating and air conditioning, WiFi, and Smart TVs in bedrooms make High Time a fun, convenient place to enjoy your mountain vacation.

Important notes:
- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- This home is pet friendly. Two dogs allowed, no cats.
- 4WD needed year-round, and neighborhood may require snow chains during winter months. (November - March) Home is accessed by paved road and a gravel driveway.
- Please note that the distances shown on VRBO's map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided.
- Firewood for the fireplace may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.
​​​​​​​- Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am.
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
