The Modern Cedar Rock Townhome at The Lodges at Eagles Nest is a custom-designed, timber frame townhome situated at an elevation of approximately 3,500 feet and uniquely positioned looking out on Grandfather Mountain sunrise views and sunset views to the Elk Valley. The home boasts 3 master suites and a large kids bunk room on 3 levels, 2 open decks, a spacious Great room with a floor-to-ceiling wood burning stone fireplace, a large kitchen and dining area and downstairs casual den with billiards. This home is perfect for entertaining and will comfortably accommodate multiple families visiting together. It is also very easy and convenient to access during any season and only a five minute drive from downtown Banner Elk. Guests have access to the single car garage as well. Enjoy the hot tub under the stars! The hot tub is situated with privacy in regards to the adjoining townhome.

Important Notes: - Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
- The Rustic and Modern Cedar Rock Townhomes can be rented together to sleep a total of 24 guests. - Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV. Secure an ATV rental while staying in The Lodges at Eagles Nest! Ask for additional details. -This home allows up to 4 mature, well-trained dogs with an additional pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted. -Check In is after 4pm. Check Out is by 10am. - All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided - Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent. - Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates. - No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home. - Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook. - No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable. - 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement. Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking, or by calling us with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax. CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled with a 15+ day notice will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 8-14 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of their reservation payments. Bookings canceled within 7 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. - The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months. - All rentals at The Lodges at Eagles Nest are subject to a $50 - $200 amenity access fee in order to maintain the facilities and features that guest have access to. Some amenities at The Lodges at Eagles Nest are seasonal and/or subject to certain hours of operation. - Guests must supply their own sports equipment for use on the ball fields and sports courts. - The Lodges at Eagles Nest offers a series of concerts open to all guests but there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks. - Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception. - Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
