SugarJax is a lovely two-bedroom condo located in The Reserve at Sugar Mountain.

With beautiful mountain views, gas fireplace and only a few steps up to the front door, SugarJax offers lots of reasons to stay a while. Step inside to a well-appointed condo with open concept living, dining and kitchen perfect for enjoying the one-of-a-kind long-range views through the oversized sliding glass doors. The kitchen offers granite counters, a Keurig/drip coffee maker, and stainless-steel appliances. The nearby king bedroom has stunning mountain views, TV with cable as well as walk out access to the balcony. The private full bathroom is attached and features a large tub for soaking, a tiled shower, and double granite vanities. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and TV with cable. Just outside in the hallway is a second full bath with a tub/shower combination.

SugarJax is located near Banner Elk with proximity to Blowing Rock, Boone, Appalachian State university, restaurants, and shopping. Grandfather Mountain and the Blue Ridge Parkway are within a short drive.

* This property is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets to this home.
* There is one Ring doorbell cam at the entryway of the condo.

- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
-Max of two (2) cars are permitted at The Reserve.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
