The boundary of Acadia National Park is immediately south, with several park landmarks - including the Cadillac Mountain North Ridge Trail, less than two miles west; the Hulls Cove Visitor Center, three miles northwest; and Eagle Lake, three miles west.

Built in 1930, this historical home has a classic design immediately apparent on the front porch, where you can come home from hiking, kayaking, or cycling to relax in a rocking chair with a cold drink and a view of the surrounding neighborhood. Inside, you'll find a living room with sofas and a TV and a kitchen that's well appointed with white appliances that include an electric stove and a dishwasher for easy clean-up.
