If you're not wandering downtown to dine out or pick up lobster rolls, you can get a head start on dinner in a kitchen that's fully appointed with white appliances, plentiful cabinetry, and a dishwasher for easy clean-up. Sear your main course on the gas grill, dine on the deck out back, and cozy up on the sofas for an evening movie or two on the flatscreen TV.

This home is located on the edge of Glen Mary Park in the southwest corner of Bar Harbor, a leafy neighborhood that's a quick stroll from the very heart of town. If you head half a mile northeast, you'll come to all sorts of cute restaurants, cafes, boutiques, and ice cream shops that surround the Village Green, not to mention the Bar Harbor Shore Path that traces the ocean coastline in town. You can also meet up with Acadia's Park Loop Road less than a mile south, so you'll be able to easily access such notable landmarks as Champlain Mountain, Cadillac Mountain, Sand Beach, the Ocean Path, and Eagle Lake.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
