Renovated in August of 2021 this charming apartment has 2 good sized bedrooms, a queen bed in one, and a king in the other. A family room with seating for 6 and Kitchen/Dining area with fridge, dishwasher, range and microwave. The bathroom has a new glass door shower and a large washer/dryer. All the floors have been recently redone, the hall, kitchen and living room have refinished wood floors, the bathroom and bedrooms have wood look vinyl floors.

The apartment entrance is in the back of a storefront location and across from 4 townhouses. So even though you are in the center of town it has a residential feel. Walk out on to Cottage Street and get fresh baked goods next store or dine in one of the popular restaurants across the street. You can take a short walk up Cottage Street and have breakfast at the famous Jordan's Restaurant, known for their Blueberry pancakes!

Head down Cottage Street to visit the many shops and a little further down to reach Agamont Park and the town pier. Go up one of the side streets and reach more stores and restaurants including one of our favorites, Cafe This Way, off of Mt Desert Street. Heading down Mt Desert is the Village Green in the center of town where the summer concerts are performed. The Island Explorer free bus service (runs in season) leaves from the Village Green and takes you into Acadia National Park.
