Welcome to our bright 1-bedroom apartment with a large terrace in the heart of Gracia. Immerse yourself in authentic local life while relaxing in a cozy and peaceful space.

This elegant apartment offers a pleasant and functional environment. The main bedroom on the ground floor has direct access to the terrace. On the same floor, you’ll also find a full bathroom. The bedroom includes ample wardrobes. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room.
The bedroom has a fan and electric heaters, and the living room has a heat and cold pump. The building also features an elevator and Wi-Fi.
To make your arrival easier, we provide some basic kitchen essentials such as sugar, salt, olive oil, vinegar, and coffee for your first days.
There is also a Nespresso coffee machine so you can enjoy a good cup of coffee in the morning.
Other kitchen appliances include a kettle, toaster, microwave, and dishwasher, so you don’t waste your precious vacation time washing dishes :)
