Summary:
Enter our private and comfortable Eixample apartment, perfect for groups of 5 people. The apartment is located in the âEixampleâ area, close to favorite tourist sights and congress centre. Tapas Bars, a supermarket, public transportation and even parking, this apartment is near everything you would need during your stay in Barcelona!
The Space:
# Important note: all legal and licensed apartments in Barcelona are obliged to pay a tourist tax, which is excluded of the prices. Read more below in "other things to note".
Great space with an amazing bright gallery. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 complete bathrooms. A stylish minimalist design, combined with the modernist style elements original of the house (built beginning of the 20st century).
When decorating I tried to respect the old structures, like the mosaic flooring, original ceiling, windows, etc. But I wanted to give a contrast to it for which the choice of the deco is modern and fresh.
Entering the apartment you will find an individual bedroom on your right had, followed by the kitchen. Continuing the hallway on the left you will find another bedroom with 2 individual beds. Just across the hall again on the right a small bathroom and next to it a big bathroom. At the end of the hall there is the living room, with attached to it the master bedroom (with 2 individual beds, that can be made as double) and at the other end of the living room you will find the gallery, typical for this type of Eixample apartment. In the gallery, there is a long high table with 6 high chairs where you can have a chat, dinner or wine.

The whole apartment is for your exclusive use.
The Neighborhood:
It is a quiet residential area, away from the hectic touristy zone. It has with some nice bars and restaurants in the zone. There is a good connection to public transportation that takes you in a few minutes to Plaza Catalonia or Plaza España.
Getting Around:
Buses and metro nearby. Metro stop Urgell at 5-10 minutes walk. It will take you to Plaza Catalonia in less than 5 minutes. Plaza Espana same thing :)
Should you come by car, there is a paid parking next door where I can make arrangements for you to park. Count between 20-25 eur/day.

- Heads up, we don't have a reception, but we're here to make things awesome for you!
- Check-in: Anytime after 3:00 PM. If it's past 6:30 PM on weekdays or it is the weekend/holiday, donât worry! We have a key drop-off service.
Late check-in fee (excluded from the price) 30⏠after 21:00 / 50⏠after 00:00.
- Check-out: Always wrap things up by 11:00 AM.
- Before you make moves to the apartment, give us a call about 30-45 minutes before. No app calls or texts please, just hit us up with a regular call.
- Need help with bags? Check out "Luggit Service" - They can pick up your belongings and deliver them at 15:00 at the apartment, so you can explore the city in the meantime ;)
- Remember to send over IDs of all guests before arriving. It's a local rule we have to follow.
- Make sure outstanding amounts are squared away before you check in.
- Don't forget about the tourist tax â Barcelona's tourist tax fee is 6,88 EUR. per person per night, not included in your initial booking payment.
- Baby on board? No problem! We've got free baby cots, but give us a shout when you book. For the safety of your baby, there are no sheets, pillows or additional mattress in the cots, only the regulated mattress that comes with all travel cots.
