In front of the Port of Barcelona, a few meters from Via Laietana and close to La Rambla, We find this luxury brand new flat with 54 sqm. Located inside a majestic historic building from the 19th century, in front of Port Vell on Passeig Colom. Although it is renovated in a modern way and with brand new everything, it has a unique history behind it. It is said that Cervantes, the famous Spanish writer stayed there when he was in Barcelona, for that reason the building is named after him.
The day area has a beautiful living room with a 55" flat screen TV and a reading corner. It has a dining area for 4 people and a bar area with stools. The kitchen is equipped with top of the range appliances, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is ample storage space.
The sleeping area has a spacious en-suite bedroom with built-in wardrobe and a modern bathroom with shower.
