Our Loft Miró is the ideal apartment for those looking to stay in a modern, elegant, and comfortable space in Barcelona.

It has been carefully designed to offer maximum comfort. The soft tones, combined with a harmonious mix of contemporary and traditional furnishings, create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The spacious and bright living room features a sofa bed, Smart TV, and a dining table for six people. From here, you can access a lovely private terrace equipped with outdoor furniture—perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city.

The modern, fully equipped open-plan kitchen includes an oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and all the necessary utensils to enjoy meals with family or friends.

The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed and the second with two single beds. It also has two full bathrooms: one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. The total capacity is for 6 people.

It also includes Wi-Fi and air conditioning/heating to ensure a comfortable stay at any time of the year.

Located in the Plaza España area, you’ll be close to the Arenas shopping center, Fira de Barcelona exhibition center, and Montjuïc hill, which hosts museums, gardens, and the Magic Fountain show. The area is well connected by metro (lines 1 and 3), Aerobús, and local buses.

Groups under 25 years old are not allowed
Please respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood
Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited (fine from €50 to €250)
Pets under 10 kg are allowed upon prior request (supplement of €20)
The apartment is equipped with a Roomonitor noise detector (it does not record conversations, only measures decibels). Tampering with it or exceeding the allowed noise level may result in a fine of €50 to €250
Using the provided bath towels for the beach is prohibited (charge of €12 per towel applies)
Check-in and requirements:

Regular check-in between 14:00 and 20:00

After 20:00: €30 supplement
After midnight: €50 supplement
From 1:00 AM onwards: €10 per additional hour
Check-in on Sundays and public holidays: €30 supplement
According to local regulations, it is mandatory to verify the passport or ID details of all guests

Barcelona tourist tax not included: €6.25 per night, per person over the age of 16, for up to 7 nights. This amount will be collected upon arrival. Please note that the city tax is subject to change twice a year and may increase.
