I actually had to cancel our trip. I rated the cleanliness and other items because it was required. I have never had to cancel a trip before. Fortunately, we had purchased trip insurance. We had 2 family emergencies at once. My mother in law was placed in hospice at home and I suddenly became her main caregiver. Then my husband developed high bp, 255/111. I was so upset that I did not even think to contact our hostess, Kimberly, and let her know until the day of our arrival. She was SO understanding and helpful. She explained what I needed to do for the insurance claim. She could tell I was upset, so she took her time to talk with me. So, I don't know anything about the house but I know Kimberly is wonderful!!!
