This charming 48 m² house in Barneville-Carteret can accommodate up to 4 people. It comprises an attractive living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. There's also a 58 m² garden! Wifi, bed linen included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- 15 m² living room with sofa, decorative fireplace and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

On the 1ᵉʳ floor:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×200).
- A shower room with shower
- A separate WC

On the 2ᵉ floor:
- Bedroom 2: large dormitory with two single beds (90×200), numerous board games, children's and adult books, table football, a television with DTT.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: Weber barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron, tennis rackets, games.

Outside:
- A beautiful private garden of 58 m², not enclosed, facing north-west, with Weber barbecue and furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
- Free access to the basketball and tennis courts 100 m from the house.

The house is ideally located in Barneville-Carteret, in a green, quiet and very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities :
- Discover the charming town of Carteret on foot, where you can explore its bustling harbour, savour delicious cuisine in its many restaurants, enjoy a cinema screening or stroll through the weekly market on Thursdays.
- Don't miss the crossing to Jersey for an exciting getaway!
- Explore the surrounding area by visiting picturesque towns such as Barneville, La Hague, and Cherbourg with its must-see attractions such as La Cité de la Mer and the Planetarium. Continue your exploration with a visit to Tatihou Island, the D-Day landing beaches and the historic town of Bayeux, just an hour's drive away. And if you have time, make a diversion to Granville, also just an hour's drive away.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.

- Nearest train station: Valognes, about 31 km away (33 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Caen, about 129 km away (1h32 by car)
- Boats: Jersey, Cherbourg

Other remarks :
- The accommodation is not suitable for small children due to the spiral staircase.
- Bed linen included, towels are not provided and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
