Welcome to Wattle Bird House, a beautiful, peaceful, family retreat. A classic Barwon Heads home, filled with charm & style, you`ll love every inch of it! Set up for families & couples, You will love the outdoor bath & fire pit, the large sunny deck & lush backyard. A 5 minute walk to the river for fishing & kayaking & a 15- minute stroll to Barwon Heads beaches, waterfront playground & Hitchcock Ave shops. Newly renovated with a coastal vibe, everything has been thought of with guests in mind!

A single storey, with steps leading up to the front door. Inside you`ll find a beautifully renovated and styled home, and hopefully you`ll instantly relax! The home comprises of:

- Open plan kitchen and dining
- Living room off the dining area with a large smart TV & air conditioning.
- A large deck with BBQ and alfresco dining table, there is also a swing chair to relax in
- A leafy lush back garden - enclosed so kids can run around and play safely - fully enclosed and fenced off.
- Outside bath (large enough for 2 adults), shower & fire pit (BYO wood)
- 2 x queen bedrooms (one with ensuite)
- 1 x bunk room (double at the bottom)
- 1 x office with a queen sofa bed (please note this is BYO linen and towels for the sofa bed) Duvet and pillows provided
- 1 x family bathroom
- 1 x laundry with washer and dryer

There is enough room for 2 cars on the driveway and plenty of free street parking - please note there is no garage for guests.

Access to everything apart from one locked cupboard.
