A country getaway but within easy reach of all the amenities you could need in the nearby town of Basingstoke. This lovely cottage has been fully decorated using high quality paints and fabrics, giving guests a truly wonderful experience and comfortable accommodation.

On the ground floor is the cosy living room with an open fire and open plan kitchen/dining area, with everything you will need to prepare a snack or a hearty three course meal. The property accommodates up to six guests in the three first floor bedrooms. There is a bathroom upstairs with electric shower over bath and also a downstairs WC. Club cottage is next to the Estate Club which is open on an ad hoc basis over the weekends and will serve you a very reasonably priced beverage, or a 1.5 mile walk across footpaths takes you to the nearest pub.

The cathedral and medieval city of Winchester (18 miles), Windsor Castle (36 miles), Highclere Castle, home to the filming location for Downton Abbey (26 miles), Jane Austen’s House Museum (10 miles), New Forest National Park (30 miles). Locally you will find cinema, bowling, ice skating and indoor sky diving.
