The main level features an electric fireplace in the living area and a convenient half bath. Upstairs, the loft opens onto a private balcony and is connected by a distinctive catwalk, offering a bright, elevated view of the space.

Sleeping arrangements include:
• 1 king bed
• 1 full bed
• 1 sofabed
Interior stairs are required, including stairs at the entrance.

Step outside and enjoy easy access to hiking trails, nearby golf, and local areas for hunting and fishing with the proper license. After a day outdoors, unwind with access to shared amenities including a heated indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, and free parking.

No pets, smoking, or vaping.
Must be 21 years or older to rent and check in.
Amenities are subject to availability and routine maintenance.

Full payment is due 7 days prior to arrival. For reservations made within 7 days of check-in, full payment is required at the time of booking. For reservations made more than 7 days in advance, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.

Guests may cancel their reservation for a full refund up to 3 days prior to check-in, minus a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 2 days before check-in will result in a 50% forfeiture of the total reservation amount.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the reservation total.
