The ground floor hosts a separate, formal dining room, perfect for entertaining. Here, a piano and a large dining table that comfortably seats 12 set the stage for memorable meals and celebrations.



The first floor is home to the bright and spacious living room, where you can unwind while enjoying views through the large sash windows. It’s the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Bath.



The master bedroom, located on the second floor, is a luxurious sanctuary featuring a super king-size bed and an expansive en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 are each furnished with king-size beds, offering a restful retreat. Bedroom 5, ideal for children or friends, has two single beds.

The property is located in the popular neighbourhood of Park Street. It is a quiet & safe residential setting only 5 mins walk into the city or Royal Victoria Park.



Getting Around:

Bath is a compact city and we would recommend either exploring the city on foot. The property is located just 12 minutes walk from Bath Spa train station. You can park locally if you bring a car at Charlotte Street car park



Other Things to Note:

Our property is child friendly however it is worth noting that there are no stair gates so young children must be supervised at all times.
