This fabulous home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Combe Down on the outskirts of Bath city centre. A short bus/taxi ride or 30 min walk takes you into town where you'll find all the celebrated cultural and sporting attractions, as well as fabulous shops, and plenty of bars & restaurants to unwind in. Surrounded by tranquil countryside, this location is ideal to explore the best of both worlds, with neighboring picturesque villages and the stunning "Bath Skyline" walk is close by to enjoy.

The space
The interior throughout is light and welcoming. On the ground floor is a comfortable sitting room with French doors to access the garden, a large dining room and a well-equipped modern kitchen and utility room. There is also a lovely bright conservatory with more seating that opens on to the pretty well kept garden. There is a king size bedroom on the ground floor, which benefits from access to a ground floor shower room. Up the stairs leads to a further three bedrooms, one king size, a twin, a single bedroom and a modern shower room.

This is a great house for friends and family to get together and provides the perfect base to explore all that beautiful Bath has to offer.

Parking is free on street outside the house.

Well behaved dogs are welcome at an extra charge of £15 per dog, but please keep them downstairs

- This is our home in Bath, please care for it as such
- Please make sure to lock the door and all the windows when leaving the property

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
