Welcome to our cozy, renovated 2-bedroom, 1-bath front unit of a duplex located just 10 minutes from downtown Bay St. Louis. This private space has its own entrance and includes a full kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry, and two bedrooms. The home has a relaxed, artistic feel and is set up to be comfortable, functional, and welcoming for families, small groups, or travelers looking for a peaceful place to unwind.

The home features one bedroom with a double bed and Roku TV, and a second bedroom with a bunk bed plus a single bed that sleeps up to three. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, an air fryer, toaster, blender, spices, and a coffee and tea bar. Guests also have access to in-unit laundry and a cozy living space with a TV and fireplace display.

Outside, guests are welcome to enjoy the shared backyard, which includes a fire pit (wood provided) and hammock chairs. The property is located in a quiet, rural neighborhood, where you may see pigs, chickens, and neighboring yards. It’s a safe and peaceful area, but not a downtown or luxury setting.

This is a duplex, and the back unit is occupied by my brother and friend who have their own private entrance. There is a locked interior door between units that remains secured at all times. You may hear normal duplex sounds and see their two small dogs in the shared yard. Exterior security cameras are located at the front door and backyard for safety, with no cameras inside the home.
