Both bedrooms are located on the second floor, accessible via easy, soft, and clean carpet-lined stairs. Enjoy beautiful views of oak trees from the windows, providing a peaceful and serene treehouse type atmosphere.

The master bedroom is furnished with a spacious king-size bed, providing plenty of room for a restful night’s sleep. In the second bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable queen bed, perfect for additional guests or family members. Both bedrooms are also equipped with smart TVs, allowing you to unwind with your favorite shows or movies at the end of the day.

Guests share a vintage-style bathroom, with a pedestal sink and shower/tub combo, ideal for soaking or enjoying a hot shower.

On the first floor, you'll find a cozy living space with a smaller-sized sofa, barrel chair, and recliner chair. The marble-top dining table sits adjacent to the kitchen and off kitchen is a half bath, which features a brand-new washer and dryer for your convenience.

The screened-in outdoor patio includes a table and chairs, making it perfect for morning coffee, dining, cocktails, or simply relaxing. A detached garage is available for storing golf cart if needed.
