The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent, in Bayeux, this charming apartment of a surface of 45 m Ā² and being able to accommodate to 4 travelers. Located on the 2nd floor (without elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 20 mĀ², an open kitchen, a nice bedroom and a bathroom. Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The attic apartment, facing west and east, is composed as follows:
- A living room of 20 mĀ² with TV, Wi-Fi, sofa bed (double) and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140Ɨ190).
- A shower room with Italian shower.
- Separate toilet.

We loved this location...charming, central, spacious for a family of 3...good water pressure, and a lovely kitchen with everything you could need! Jerome was responsive and thoughtful. Be prepared for stairs, but we navigated them well. I was a little worried the space would be hot, but there are good windows and sky lights that always let in a very pleasant breeze. We would love to stay with Jerome again!

Lovely apartment. Fantastic location, literally next to the beautiful cathedral. Well presented. Everything we needed. Bed small, but weā€™re both tall and have a much bigger one at home. Big bathroom. No private parking space but didnā€™t find it a problem parking for free on one of the nearby roads. Couldnā€™t fault a thing. Loved Bayeux. Really friendly town. Beautiful buildings, really pretty. Could walk around for hours if there wasnā€™t so much to do in the area!Would definitely return.

Especially with two babies, everything was in walking distance. The owner was available to answer any question and he was very polite. šŸ™ The only dislike was that the place was located on the third floor. We knew that when we booked it but keep in mind it makes things a bit more stressful with two babies. For adults only itā€™s perfect."

Kitchen had the basics, shower was better than we had at a 4 star hotel in Paris. Washer made laundry easy. Host was very helpful. Would stay again. šŸ™ Since it is an attic, be careful if you are tall. No A/C so was a bit warm when we returned in the evenings since we were visiting during a heat wave in September. A small fan for the window would have helped."

We were able to walk to the supermarket, restaurants, main attractions, train station and pick up point for tours. The apartment was very well appointed with more than what we needed. Our host was helpful and he also provided us with a welcome pack of pasta, apple juice and biscuits as well as the usual tea and coffee etc. We would absolutely recommend this apartment. šŸ™ Nothing really."

You could walk about the town, no car necessary, lots of restaurants and shops in the area and a short walk to the Normandy museum. We also liked that we had the option to cook or keep small amounts of food in the apartment. Jerome was a great host, gave clear instructions on how to get into the unit and very responsive to any questions we had. šŸ™ Other than the cathedrale bells that rang several times a day, which wasn't necessarily expected, there was nothing we didn't like. :)"
