THE HOUSE
Park your vehicles safely on driveway or on the street. Keypad on the side of home or up the stairs to the front porch will grant you access inside. 

The first floor includes a family game suite with a Ping Pong Table, Sectional Sofa,  65" Smart TV for all of your streaming Apps, Drink fridge, 2 Arcade Games (PacMan and NBA), and a Card/Game table for family game nights. 
The main floor includes a spacious living area, including a 65" Smart TV for all your streaming Apps, with ample space for everyone to enjoy comfortably. From the living area, walk into the fully equipped kitchen and dining set. There are two porches to enjoy on the main floor - one with a seating area overlooking the basketball courts & playground at the neighboring school and the nearby Fantasy Island, and the other with a dining table & chairs overlooking the pool. A king size bedroom is also on the main floor with a Smart TV as well as a 3/4 bathroom with a single vanity and tile shower. 

The second floor boasts 4 bedrooms, including the primary suite with a king bed, en suite bathroom with double vanity & shower, and private porch with hanging chairs and daybed, a queen bedroom with a private porch with hanging chairs and daybed, a bunk room with two full-over-full bunks, and another bunk room with one full-over-full bunk. Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV and Memory Foam Mattress for a good nights sleep. 

Outside, the fun continues with a heated Salt Water Pool,  Gas Grill, 3 Lounge Chairs, additional foldable chairs, and two outdoor showers, perfect for creating fun memories.

This home does not include linens (nor towels), but will supply quilts and pillows. There is a $400 cleaning fee for stays less than 1 week.
Fireplace is only for decoration. . Please note pool will be open starting Memorial Day Weekend and closed beginning of October.
