** Please note that the home features incredible Lake Michigan views with gorgeous sunsets, but due to the high bluff shoreline/beach access is not available. Fantastic public beaches can be found within about 5 minutes from the home.

AMENITIES INCLUDE: On site laundry, gas fireplace, fire pit, lake views, outdoor deck, large grassy play area, private wooded area, grill, binoculars and a circle drive. Home features central air and Wifi w/ smart TVs. Cable not included.

The kitchen is fully stocked for everyday meal prep. Dishes, pots and pans, silverware, glass, etc. french press and a drip coffee maker is available for guest use. Also included: bed linens, bath towels, basic cleaning supplies and soaps (not personal soaps), and a starter set of paper products.

LOCATION: Located just 17 miles North of Manistee, 5 miles north of Portage Lake, 6 miles west of Bear Lake, and about an hour South of Traverse City, this home sits atop a bluff with fantastic Lake Michigan views and acres of privacy. Just 6 miles from the Arcadia Bluffs golf course this is the perfect place for you and your golfing partners to relax and get away. Little River Casino is 12 miles away, for even more fun for everyone. Right in the middle of the fruit and wine region of Northern Michigan, you’ll have many options to enjoy such as Arcadia, Onekama, Bear Lake and Frankfort. Maybe your best option is to just hang out on the deck, enjoy the crisp, clean fresh air, and enjoy the sunset!

* Due Onekama Township Ordinances, quiet hours begins at 11:00pm and that no fireworks be lit at the rental property. Any parking, noise or other violation may result in fines that will be passed along to guests.

Check in time is after 4:00PM and check out time is before 10:00AM. Please note that we are not able to accommodate early arrivals or late departures from May – September. Any request for additional time will depend on availability of the rental and an additional fee may be added to the stay.

ARRIVAL: There is no formal check-in procedure. Arrival details are sent prior to your check-in date and will include the exact location of the property, parking and entry information. Guests will have a private, secure entrance and the rental is not shared by owners or other guests.

DEPARTURE: We do have a very short checklist we ask renters follow upon departure. It includes making sure the property is left tidy, furniture is in the same place you found it, everything is closed, locked and turned off, and the thermostat is set properly. These items will only take a couple of minutes but help staff immensely.

Please know that all rental policies and house rules are strictly enforced. This includes occupancy limits, age requirements, the ‘no parties’ and ‘no smoking’ clauses or any other rule posted online or within the rental. These are often defined by local ordinances, Homeowner’s Associations or other legal requirements and can result in fines or eviction if violated. We do not provide additional refunds for cancellations, late arrivals or early departures except as required in the posted cancellation policy.
