The Space:

Accommodating up to 8 guests, Chalet Ferdinand is located in Beaubassin-East, close to Cap-Pelé, Shediac, and Bouctouche.



Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood just steps from a beautiful beach accessible via a private walking trail, the chalet offers the perfect balance of tranquility, comfort, and convenient access to the area's top attractions.

Layout



The chalet is spread across multiple levels, giving everyone plenty of space to relax.



On the main floor, you will find a welcoming living area combining the living room, dining area, and kitchen, perfect for sharing meals or relaxing after a day at the beach. The dormitory-style bedroom and the secondary bedroom are also located on this level, along with the full bathroom.



Upstairs, you will find the primary bedroom with a king-size bed, as well as an adjoining ensuite bathroom.



The loft includes a kitchenette, a sofa bed, and a second full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo, washer, and dryer. Accessible only from the outside.



- Outdoor Area: Enjoy meals or evening gatherings on the screened-in patio, relax around the outdoor fire pit under the stars, or take a short walk to the neighborhood's beach to experience the beautiful Acadian coastline.

Guest Access:

- Guests have exclusive access to the entire chalet as well as all outdoor spaces, including the covered patio, backyard, outdoor fire pit, and seasonal BBQ.



- You'll also have access to the private trail leading to the residents-only beach. A wooden boardwalk takes you directly to a beautiful, peaceful stretch of shoreline that's perfect for swimming, walking, or watching breathtaking sunsets.

Since there is no public parking at the beach, it remains quiet and uncrowded throughout the season.



- The key providing access to the loft will be available inside the chalet upon your arrival. Please return it to the designated location before checking out.

📌 Please return the loft key to its designated location before departure. Lost keys may be subject to a replacement fee.
