The Beau Coast neighborhood offers plenty to do close to home, including a dock, a seasonal pool, grills, pickleball courts, and a clubhouse. Morehead City - home of the North Carolina Seafood Festival - is only five miles away, and Atlantic Beach is within an eight-mile drive!

Completed in 2023, this beautiful home has all the amenities for entertaining. It features a large, open kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space for hosting. Additional perks include a coffee pot that has both options of a full drip pot or K-Cup single-serve brews. A toaster, a crockpot, and an air fryer are all available for easy vacation meal prep. There is an outdoor patio area perfect for happy hour and morning coffee. The garage is loaded with all the beach toys you need, including six chairs, an umbrella, and a beach wagon. Plenty of board games and books are provided to keep you busy while at home or in town. Of course, smoke alarms are equipped in each room, along with a first aid kit, as well as fire extinguishers in the kitchen.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
