If you are looking for a modern and stylish home on Anglesey within one of the most charismatic towns on the Island, then Y Delyn will be sure to delight. Nestled in its central town location, it is just a short stroll to the shops and restaurants, the Castle, The Gaol, or down to the waterfront! Teeming with local shops, quirky little bars and eateries, it serves as an ideal base for your Anglesey holiday.
Other things to note
Although there isn't a designated parking space, street parking is very easy to find either right outside the front door or just around the corner.
The cottage includes four generously proportioned bedroom suites, with the flexibility to accommodate a variety of family and group sizes of up to 8 guests + infants, including a twin room upon request.
Not all houses in central Beaumaris are fortunate enough to have their own private outdoor space, but push wide the bi-fold doors to the garden suntrap, and enjoy the barbeque, pizza oven and the in-built dining area.
This courtyard is the hub of the home and provides the perfect entertaining space for family and friends. With the fully opening bi-fold patio doors, the internal dining and seating area flow seamlessly into the garden. The retractable sun awning allows for al fresco dining for each meal of the day!
The Home
The open living areas are flooded by natural light, and finished in warm natural textiles and patterns that provide a relaxing ambience for your stay. The original cottage beams and timber floors run throughout and remind you of the home’s heritage.
Through the entrance hall you enter the open plan kitchen dining area, which also connects the rear glass extension reading area and courtyard.
The kitchen is a truly sociable space, the central dining table for 8 is perfect for slow holiday meals and convivial conversation. On warm days, fold back the bi-fold doors and extend the kitchen and reading nook into the beautiful courtyard. With outdoor lighting and a BBQ for that alfresco dining experience, this is an inviting space for balmy summer evenings.
Relax in luxurious comfort in the traditional cottage lounge, with the added benefit of a cosy log burner - snuggle up beside it on colder lazy days and enjoy the smart TV.
At the rear of the property is a modern, well-equipped utility room and boot room area. There is a stylish bathroom shower that can be accessed directly courtyard and internally. It is the perfect decamping space following a busy day at the beach.
The Sleeping Spaces
Climb the stairs up onto the first floor, where you will find four beautifully decorated, serene bedrooms. One to the rear of the property, that overlooks the private courtyard below, which is accessed via its own private stair case. With prior notice this super king bedroom can be can be converted into a twin room.
At the front of the property there are three king sized bedrooms. There is a sizeable family bathroom on this floor including a with a shower. The master bedroom’s ensuite includes a built in a sumptuous bath for long relaxing evenings.
All the bedrooms have been stylishly and thoughtfully considered. Designed to ensure deep comfort and recover from your day’s exertions.
