Douce Campagne is a cozy, country-style cottage located in a converted stone barn, now divided into two fully independent gîtes, separated by a large interior garden.

🌿 Ideal for up to 4 guests, this place is all about peace and simplicity — in the best sense.

🛌 2 bedrooms:
One with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm)
One with two single beds (90x200) that can be joined to form a king-size bed (180x200)
Heating and air conditioning in every room for optimal comfort all year round.

🍽️ Fully equipped kitchen:
Fridge/freezer, range cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine & Senseo, kettle, toaster...

🛋️ Living/dining room:
TV, comfy sofa, reading nook, dining table for 6, and board games.

🛁 Bathroom:
Walk-in shower, double sinks, hairdryer, washing machine, storage.
(Towels and bathrobes not provided)

🔥 Heating with pellet stove (pellets provided)
📶 Free Wi-Fi throughout the house

🌞 Outdoor spaces include:
- A 40 m² covered private terrace with your own jacuzzi (not suitable for children under 5)
- Two more private terraces with garden furniture and a BBQ
- A shared outdoor area with swing set, ping-pong table, pétanque court and chill-out spots

🍷 You can also enjoy and buy our organic wines from our on-site vineyard.

🐾 You’ll be sharing the property with friendly farm animals: donkeys, a pig, a cat, a dog and some chickens!

You’ll have exclusive access to the entire gîte, your private terraces, jacuzzi and shared garden space.

The cottage is located in an incredibly peaceful setting, surrounded by farmland and vineyards, yet close to charming villages and historical sites.

- Local farmers’ markets in Villeréal, Issigeac, Beaumont and Monpazier
- 30 minutes from Bergerac and the Proumeyssac Chasm
- 45 minutes from La Roque-Gageac, Beynac, Castelnaud, and other iconic Dordogne castles
- Activities include canoeing, traditional riverboat rides (gabares), flea markets, caves, museums and more!

A car is essential to access the gîte and explore the surrounding region.
Free private parking is available on site.

- Children under 5 are not allowed in the jacuzzi (safety regulation)
- Please bring your own towels and bathrobes
- There are friendly farm animals on-site
- We kindly ask you to respect our recycling and composting system
- The terrace is not heated
