The space
New appliances ie dishwasher, 3 smart TVs, granite countertops, new tub fixtures and sink fixtures, adjustable standing office desk, seated desk, closets with shelves in all bedrooms, bedroom ceiling fans, window and portable AC units, kuereg, bathroom heating vent fan dehumidifier light, and on-site laundry.

Older home with hardwood floors not children friendly.
While many updates have been made, some of original features like flooring, windows, doors were historically preserved. If you don’t mind minor imperfections or unique hardwood floors , stairwells, and decorative molding that provide beautiful character to the home; we’d love to host you. Minor wear and tear may exist as home is historic circa 1900 and over 125 years old.
Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and groups.

You’ll have the entire unit to yourself, including everything in it. There’s a laundry room in the basement with powerful bright inviting lights where a washer and dryer is available for guest use.
