Nestled just outside of Grand Rapids, our updated lakehouse offers the perfect retreat on Big Pine Island all-sports lake, complete with a private beach just steps away from the deck. Thoughtfully decorated and meticulously furnished, the house is equipped with everything you need to ensure your stay is both luxurious and comfortable. Relax and let your worries melt away as you watch breathtaking sunsets from the deck!

We take cleanliness seriously and thoroughly sanitize the home for your peace of mind. The entire house is yours to enjoy, except for two small storage closets.

There are 1.5 bathrooms in the home for your convenience. (Including a bathtub for the littles!)

Fully Equipped Kitchen

The kitchen is designed for both casual snacks and gourmet meals, featuring a dishwasher, gas range, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee pot, waffle maker, and all the utensils and tools you could need. The open-concept living room has vaulted ceilings, two large sofas, and wall-to-wall windows that let in plenty of natural light. For those warm summer days, the brand-new air conditioner will keep you cool, though you may prefer cooling off in the lake instead!

Outdoor Living

Step outside and enjoy a west-facing deck with stunning sunset views over the lake. The deck is equipped with an outdoor grill, and there's a cozy fire pit right by the water — perfect for evening s'mores. With 50 feet of sandy beach, it's also an ideal spot for sandcastle contests, swimming, or lounging. Our all-sports lake offers endless opportunities for fun, including water skiing, tubing, wakeboarding, kayaking, and paddleboarding. Feel free to bring your own water toys and store them on our dock, accessible via the public boat launch.

For rainy days or cozy nights in, we offer complimentary Wi-Fi and YouTube TV, so you can enjoy 75+ live and on-demand channels, including sports and news.

Convenient Location

While our lakehouse feels like a secluded escape, you're only 25 miles from downtown Grand Rapids, MI, and a short drive to the charming towns of Rockford, Lowell, and Ada (just 15 miles away).

Our home sits on a hill with stunning views of the lake. A stairway leads to the front door, while another provides direct access to your private beach. If you'd prefer, there's a road that loops in front of the water, allowing easy drive-down access to the shore.
