The space:
As you enter the home, don’t let the view of the water and the Olympic mountains take your breath away because you are about to experience a design perfection, luxury accommodation that will give you an exceptional experience. As you walk through the entrance, you’ll be greeted with an open family great room, follows by a dining area with table that seats 10 and a large island counter that seats 4. The roomy kitchen flows effortlessly with 2 ovens, side by side fridge and freezer, 6 cooktops and a sink area which looks out to the water. It has all the gadgets from the food processor to the air fryer and everything else in between. There is also a wet bar area with wine cooler to help the wine enthusiasts store their favorite drinks during their stay. There is a 1/2 bathroom off the kitchen area for the family to use. On this first floor, you will also find the ocean view master suite with its king bed where you can watch the snow fall in the winter through its large windows or enjoy the year round panoramic view of the hood canal water and the cascades of the Pacific Northwest. The secluded large laundry room with double washers and dryers is also on the first floor with provided detergent will help you take care of your used garments during your stay. Upstairs, you will find the second bedroom which consists 2 queen beds, a sitting area and an ensuite full bathroom. This room also has a secluded work-from-home area that will keep you away from all the family’s fun-distracted noise when needed. Our 3rd bedroom has a stylish platform queen bed and an ensuite bathroom which is also accessible for the 4th bedroom. Did we mention that your family will fall in love with this roomy fourth bedroom and its 4 twin bunk beds. Let the kids have their own space, playing board games and chatting up before bedtime. Make no mistake, your equally favorite room will be the game room, which is also on this level. The large screen TV, the foosball table, and the shuffle board game table, all with an expansive waterfront view will bring your vacation to the next level of enjoyment.

KITCHEN: granite counter tops. Granite island with 4 counter stools. Viewed window. Sky light. 2 built-in ovens. Under counter built-in microwave. 6-burners gas cook top. Counter oven, air fryer, coffee maker, blender, food processor, rice maker, pots and pans, stock pot, slow cooker, chinas, silverware, utensils… dishwasher with provided detergent.
OUTDOOR LIVING: Our no-bank waterfront lot offers an expansive lush backyard with 1000+ square foot covered porch where you can enjoy outdoor bbq, dining, lounging, table tennis, and bean bag toss. When the night comes, you can gather around the waterfront fire pit decorated with romantic string lights, roasting marshmallow and telling stories.
We have 1 double kayak, 2 single kayaks, and 2 paddle boards for your use. (Please use with care and refer to house rule when utilize the sport equipments)
Please assume all risks when enjoying your water activities. You can freely kayak and paddle board in open water but Please note and stay within our property line when you’re on the beach as well as on the backyard (map is provided at check in). No shellfish harvesting per law.
GENERAL AMENITIES: high speed internet. Streaming Disney plus and Netflix. Outdoor drink ware. Indoor Electric fireplace. Central heating and Airconditioning. Double washer and dryer with provided detergent. Iron, hairdryer, bath soap, shampoo & conditioner, q-tips, linens, towels, beach towels.
PARKING: there are 4 parking spaces in the driveway. Garage is not accessible and is not part of this rental.
Guest access
*Guess have access to the entire home, front and back yard with covered porch. The private Beach.
Guests do not have access to garage and master’s closet.
*We have outdoor bbq grill and stove top which operate off from one propane tank. We cannot guarantee the availability of a full tank but the nearest gas station and hardware store is only 3 minutes away. You can also pickup fire woods from the hardware store as needed.
*Please respect our neighbor’s property lines as well as quiet time after 10pm.
