Dear Mr. Dobrica.We're really sorry to hear that.If you came to the reception desk and asked for a kettle or anything else, we would always be happy to meet you for everything.As for the unpleasant smell, unfortunately we are working on it, but simply because of the change of weather sometimes it happens.All we can say is thank you for your criticism, and that in the future there will be corrections regarding our accommodation.Best Regards.
