The hotel is actually the ground floor of an apartment building in a convenient location. Everything in the centre of Belgrade is within walking distance or a short ride on a free bus or tram. My room was huge and very comfortable with a nice bathroom. The only negative I can think of is that there was some dust and cobwebs in the room, and two of the bathroom lights were not working but it was nothing that was worth annoying the staff about whilst I was there. Overall, I would be happy to recommend the Hotel to friends and family and will probably stay there again when I next visit Belgrade

I normally do not spend time in reviews, but I have to do it for the sake of others. No coffee sachets you have to buy them @reception. Very meant!! Changed room as it was quite noisy, there is a supermarket on the ground floor and when hey deliver goods at 6am, the noise is unbearable. New room: much quieter but fridge, AirCond and shower did not work, manager on 2 days off, no maintenance guy. I could not sleep at all the last night as there were lost of mosquitos in my room. I have more complaints but best to keep it simply so quick to read. I would not give even 1 point, it was not cheap!!! It is the actitud and how staff deal with. Unacceptable !! I chose it because reviews were amazing !!

Bonjour, je vous envoie ce mail pour vous informer de la qualitĂ© horrible de l'hĂŽtel dans lequel nous avons sĂ©journĂ© ainsi que pour faire une rĂ©clamation par rapport Ă  tous les dĂ©sagrĂ©ment majeurs que nous avons rencontrĂ©. Nous vous demandons un geste commercial financier en compensation du sĂ©jour que nous avons passĂ©. Je vous joins toutes les photos qui tĂ©moigneront de notre expĂ©rience dĂ©sastreuse. Voici notre situation : nous sommes arrivĂ©s lundi 7 juillet 2025 Ă  l'hotel The Location, nous avions rĂ©servĂ© une chambre avec jacuzzi. Le jacuzzi n'Ă©tait pas en Ă©tat d'ĂȘtre utilisĂ©, Ă  peine nous utilisions les remous (fonction principale d'un jacuzzi), et les objets mĂ©talliques d'oĂč sortaient les bulles s'envollaient dans tous les sens. De plus, l'eau du jacuzzi Ă©tait Ă  48°C, ce qui est une tempĂ©rature beaucoup trop haute, ce qui rendait l'utilisation impossible ! Nous aimerions donc ĂȘtre remboursĂ©s de la diffĂ©rence entre une chambre normale et une chambre avec jacuzzi dans un premier temps. Concernant l'hygiĂšne : des toiles d'araignĂ©es sĂ©journaient dans les coins des fenĂȘtres auxquelles les rideaux n'Ă©taient que partiellement accrochĂ©s. La propretĂ© de la douche Ă©tait plus que dĂ©cevante, les joints des carreaux Ă©taient sales, il y avait mĂȘme des tĂąches de moisissures... Ce qui est inquiĂ©tant pour un hĂŽtel, ces moisissures peuvent mettre en danger notre santĂ© ! Toujours sur la douche, le joint de la porte Ă©tait dĂ©chirĂ© en bas ce qui avait pour consĂ©quence d'inonder la

Fantastic little hotel. The hotel room was fantastic, 2 bedrooms, big bathroom, mini bar, coffee making machine (180 rsd) and most importantly, friendly staff. No noise heard from other guests which was an added bonus. Travelling as a single parent and we both very much enjoyed our stay.

Det Àr ett litet hotell med supertrevlig och hjÀlpsam personal. Det stora minuset Àr dom smÄ, smala och obekvÀma sÀngarna. Dörren till vÄrt badrum hade en glipa sÄ allt hörs nÀr kompisen gÄr pÄ toaletten vilken inte alls Àr trevligt. En av sÀnglamporna var sönder och ÄtgÀrdades ej under vistelsen, trots tillsÀgelse.

Great welcoming staff at the reception and very helpful . Top location! Everything is so close and convenient. Lots of good pubs and restaurants nearby. Definitely staying there again when visiting Belgrade .
