• 6-Night Minimum for E-Bikes:
Complimentary use of our 4 premium E-bikes is available only with stays of 6 nights or longer. This ensures proper prep, maintenance, and scheduling for each guest. Shorter stays are not accepted.
• Equipment Use & Liability:
The E-bikes and any workout or recreational equipment provided are for guest use at your own risk. By booking, guests agree that the hosts and property owners are not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur while operating the bikes or using any equipment on or off the property.
• Damage or Loss:
Guests are financially responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to equipment beyond normal wear. A replacement or repair fee may apply if any item is returned in non-working condition.
• Safety Requirements:
All riders must be 18 or older (or supervised by an adult), wear helmets, and follow local trail and road safety laws. E-bikes are for registered guests only—no sharing outside your group.
• General House Rules:
• No smoking or vaping indoors.
• No pets unless approved in advance.
• Quiet hours after 10 PM.
• Please respect the home, neighbors, and trails.
• Follow listed check-in/out times to allow cleaning and maintenance.
