The house, completely surrounded by greenery and just a few kilometres from the lake, is spread over two levels: on the ground floor there is the spacious living area with dining table, fully equipped kitchen and access to the furnished garden, unfenced, with dining area. Continuing on, you enter the lounge with wooden finishes and exposed beams, sofa and television. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with two single beds on the ground floor and one with a double bed (divisible into two single beds if needed). A bathroom with bathtub and a guest bathroom complete the layout.



The strong point of the house is the spacious front garden that merges into the meadows surrounding the property. The cottage is immersed in nature and is reached on foot via a short path that starts from the car park located just a few metres below.

Lake Como offers some of the most evocative urban, landscape and architectural gems of the entire Italian peninsula. The reasons why this lake is famous throughout the world are many, first and foremost for the beauty of its landscapes: the lake is surrounded by mountains and hosts numerous fishing villages, splendid villas, parks and scenic routes. Lake Como covers an area of 146 km², its characteristic inverted Y shape is given by the three branches that compose it: to the north Colico, to the south-east Lecco and to the south-west Como. The climate is generally mild and humid, favouring the growth of rich and varied vegetation. Picturesque and characteristic are the towns that overlook the waters of Lake Como. The best way to discover the beauties of the lake is by sailing its waters. The main urban centre is Como, a very beautiful, elegant, romantic city that hosts several villas, monuments and a very scenic waterfront. However, there are many villages worth visiting: on the Como branch stand out Bellagio the pearl of Lario, Cernobbio, Argegno, Tremezzo with its Villa Carlotta, Menaggio and the ancient village of Nesso characterised by numerous romantic views. On the eastern shore of the lake, dominated by Lecco, it is worth visiting Varenna and Bellano with its characteristic Orrido. This destination is also perfect for lovers of trekking and outdoor walks: numerous are the trails present in the area such as the Sentiero del Viandante (40 km) which starts from Abbadia Lariana to Piantedo and the Greenway of Lake Como (approximately 10 km) which connects Colonno and Cadenabbia.

Excellent also is the traditional cuisine of Lake Como from fish to cheeses to desserts, the perfect combination between lake and mountain is appreciated on the tables of the many restaurants present in the area.
