Located on the third floor of an ancient building, located in the center of the characteristic village of Bellagio.
SUITE QUEEN Doña Francisca is an elegant apartment, recently renovated, has all the comforts to spend a relaxing holiday.

It has a bright living area with a sofa that can become a comfortable double bed, table with chairs, a smart TV, kitchen equipped with induction hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, citrus juicer , wine glasses, plates and kitchen utensils, we also provide Nespresso pods and a selection of teas.
Minibar/cellar service available, with water, a selection of soft drinks, beers and wines for a fee.
In the master bedroom there is a comfortable king size double bed with topper, a desk, a walk-in wardrobe, a smart TV, a sofa that becomes a comfortable single bed, there is also a small balcony with a table and two chairs, perfect for relaxing after a day on the lake, where you can enjoy good wine.
The bathroom is equipped with a comfortable shower, bidet, toilet, toiletries, hairdryer.
A set of towels, slippers and bed linen are available for each guest.
The apartment is equipped with free high-speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning.
The SUITE QUEEN apartment is located on the third floor of an ancient building, reachable by two ancient flights of stairs and there is no lift.
Located in the center of the characteristic village of Bellagio, characterized by narrow streets made up of typical staircases a few meters from Piazza Mazzini, the lake and the boat stop.
Excellent location for visiting the best points of the lake, visiting beautiful villas with gardens, taking romantic walks, relaxing, enjoying good food and a good glass of wine, you will find several restaurants and bars a few steps from the apartment.
- The municipality of Bellagio asks for a tourist tax of €1.50 per person per night (up to 7 nights). Children up to the age of 11 are exempt from paying the tourist tax.

- Pets are welcome at Bellagio Luxury Suites, you will have bowls, blanket and mattress available for a pleasant stay for your puppy too. The cost is €40.00 per stay (to be paid by credit card at self check-in), also including extra sanitization of the apartment at the end of the stay. It is not permitted to leave the dog alone in the apartment.

- For bookings of 2 guests we set up a double bed. If you need to sleep in 2 separate beds, in addition to the normal double bed, a comfortable double sofa bed is available, the cost of the supplement for additional bed linen is €40.00 per stay.

- For bookings of 3 guests we set up the double bed and the single sofa bed in the double room. If you need to sleep in 3 separate beds, a comfortable double sofa bed is available in the living room, the cost of the supplement for additional bed linen is €40.00 per stay.

- For bookings of 4 guests we set up the double bed and the double sofa bed in the living room. If you need to sleep in 3 separate beds, a comfortable single sofa bed is available in the double bedroom, the cost of the supplement for additional bed linen is €30.00 per stay.

- Upon request/availability, we provide a cot/cot with bed linen and high chair at a cost of €40.00 per night.

- It is forbidden to bring bicycles into the apartments and common areas.

Self check-in mode is available (it is not possible to check in in person), you will be able to access the apartment in complete autonomy from 3.00 pm onwards at the time most convenient for you without waiting and without being bound by having to communicate a precise arrival time.
2 days before arrival we will contact you to request the identification data of each guest, once received we will send an access code, information/instructions that will explain how to access the apartment independently and various useful information for your stay .
For any need, during your stay, we will be at your disposal for all your needs via WhatApp 24 hours a day.
